Responsibilities:

• Utilize Social Media/Digital marketing skills to target interested individuals

• Maintain & develop pipeline of potential surrogates

• Explain the requirements, process and benefits to prospective surrogates

• Conduct & guide all qualified applicants through company screening process

• Leverage personal contacts and connections to promote this opportunity

Requirements:

• Previous experience sales/sourcing skills or direct sales experience

• Excellent communication skills & customer service

• Marketing through social media platforms & Background in digital marketing

• Highly organized and self-motivated

• Personal experience being a gestational surrogate (is a huge plus!)

• Previous experience working in third party reproductive facility or healthcare setting (is a huge plus!)

• Bilingual (Spanish / English is a huge plus!)
